soooo.... my hand hurts

ok so i was playing mario party(like the first one), and you know that tug-o-war minigame where you spin the joystick around really fast? Yeah, well i was playing that like a gugillion times cause i couldn't win, and after like 15 tries i finally won, but the next day i had a bruise on my palm =(. It still hurts today, but not as bad :/
